Things I Carry

A generic formspring question inspired this post. Below is a list of things I carry daily.

  • iPhone 4: It’s a necessity and entertaining. Obviously I have it for communication purposes, but it also serves as a tiny mobile computer. Having access to the internet is amazing; I can google something on the bus, use dropbox to read through study guides that I have created on my computer, and with so many apps, I’m rarely bored.
  • iPad 2 (AT&T 64 GB): I have been taking my iPad to school daily because I can edit schoolwork on it, and everything is synced with dropbox. I also have a few news apps for reading about technology, current events, and other topics that interest me. Also, Safari on the iPad is a wonderful web browsing experience. It’s a social experience too; I often play Words with Friends (pass and play version) on the bus with my friends.
  • School ID: At my school, we have an ID, which can be compared to a credit card. It’s necessary for buying lunch in the cafeteria and school supplies in the bookstore.
  • Driver’s License: I do not drive to school this year, but on the weekends my license is always with me.
  • Chewy Bar/Luna Bar: I keep some type of energy or granola bar in my backpack at school if I suddenly get hungry in class.
